Maybe there were kids there today who will be the stars of tomorrow’s NASA.

Now as someone who wrotes sci fi books and has always been fascinated by space from he was knee high, it was no surprise that I would head down to the Space Fpr Everyone especially to see the 72 foot rocket replica that dominated Writer’s Square in Belfast. Located in St Anne’s Cathedral Quarter I visited today and was not surprised to see many people there. There is a virtual reality tent, various activities for children and demonstrations about all things galactic. The tour is here until the 24th of July before miving pn. But while here it wants to teach people espeially children about space. Did you know the insulin that helps me stay alive was refined in space? So much research happens in the heavens above us constantly helping us maintain a better quality of life. Without insulin I would die from uncontrollable blood sugars so I’m thankful for that. The hope is that it will show kids that you don’t have to be an astronaut to contribute to space research so who knows maybe there were kids there today who will be the stars of tomorrow’s NASA. I know this; seeing the rocket up close certainly inspired me to keep writing stories for the Time Warriors out now on Amazon.
