I am a resident of Northern Ireland and have been a life long science fiction and horror fan. My desire to write for his favourite show Doctor Who at the age of fifteen led to the birth of the Time warriors series. I am the creator of the Time Warriors and Zombie Blues books. I am a regular attendee at conventions and infamously fell and broke his shoulder at his first Walker Stalker convention in London but still managed to keep my photo ops with both Chandler Riggs and Danai Gurira. The Time Warriors and Beyond 
I’m glad that it’s been confirmed that Neil Patrick Harris will play the Celestial Toymaker. That’s a classic Doctor Who villain that’s been long overdue for a return on TV. Even with returns through Big Finish, novels and the comic books. At least one comic book chapter that I remember reading when I was a kid.

Unless TTD pulls the rug out from under us but only the Toymaker has this sort of power. Of course there may be an article scheduled for November exploring the character
